REFUND POLICY
NO CANCELLATIONS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
SHIPPING TIMES
Current processing times are 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends as we are closed. Once item ships, normal shipping times are 2-6 days if located in the United States.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Items purchased on pre-order are subject to delivery between 1-2 weeks after the estimated shipping date that is provided in the items description at time of purchase.
Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery of your entire order.
Email us at help@iamherstationery.com if you would like to arrange a split of the order.
Please note: estimated shipping dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change. If unforseen events happen this can increase the estimated arrival date.
All sales are final and we can offer store credit if a situation arises.
